Project Activity Report Shows Billable and unbillable time

    I thought the executive level user was not supposed to see anything about billing? In the Project Activity report, logged in as an executive user, I'm able to see what billable and unbillable time has been performed. Am I just confused?

    Executive users cannot be owners or assignees of tasks but they do see financial information. These video introductions to each user level might be worth a look. We are currently working on an update that should launch in the next few weeks that will give you much greater control over what executive users can see. There will be toggles for time, financial information and invoices.
