Calender view by task assignee

The calendar view on the homepage is brilliant but our project managers would rather like to see the task assignees name displayed rather than the project name. interestingly the task assignees name is not even displayed on mouse over where as the project name is repeated. Atleast could you please give us an option like view by project or view by resource. We believe this is a high priority feature required for the project managers to get the birds eye view of resource allocation.
