We use Intervals for keeping track of our bids. We utilize a "Pelago Sales" project. We keep notes on where the conversation was left, what needs to happen next and use document support to track iterations of the bid. Our sales cycle as a web development shop can be a little lengthy and it is very common to iterate several times on a proposal. Another nice thing about document support and tags is that it is very easy to find the proposal and re-purpose it for a future proposal.
