Server Maintenance Notification - Saturday, Dec 18th

    This weekend we will be performing routine server maintenance and upgrading hardware on the server environment for performance and scalability. The maintenance will be performed December 11th during a three hour window of 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (PST) | 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (GMT). We are expecting approximately one hour of down time during the maintenance. If you have any questions please contact our support team by emailing support@myintervals.com.

    Our apologies for the hassle but the scheduled maintenance has been postponed for today. We will update this forum discussion and re-issue another header alert within each account once the a maintenance window has been established.

    The new maintenance window has been set for December 18th during a three hour window of 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (PST) | 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (GMT). Once again we are expecting approximately one hour of down time during the maintenance.

    The server maintenance is complete and Intervals was down a little longer than expected but we always do our best to scheduled these maintenance windows at off peak times whenever possible.
