In the regional settings, it would be nice to simply use the modified settings as set in the Regional settings in Windows Control Panel.
Windows allows modifications to suit individual taste. For example, we have used it to standardise the date formats as yyyy-mm-dd in all our other software.
However, in Intervals, we have to accept the standard format for our region (French Canada). We searched for another region that had the settings we like to use, but didn't find one.
There are also the list separator and the decimal symbol. The French use a comma as a decimal point, and so standard decimal in French Canada settings is the comma, even though we all prefer to use the period.
