We've got a new member of staff assuming the role of project manager. How can I change from one person owning a project to another?

If you drill into the profile page for a project there is a project manager drop down. From that page you can change the manager of the project to the new staff member...assuming they are a manager or administrator level user. Here is what the page looks like:
Thanks, I'd already tried that but their name wasn't in the list (they are an administrator). I then noticed they weren't in the team so I added them and they appeared.
