    Michael,

    Why does Intervals Bulk email for overdue timesheets only send a message if a person has started a timesheet. I am currently having to go into Intervals TIME every Monday morning and check to see if someone hasn't created a timesheet for the prior week and then put 1 hour on their timesheet before sending the overdue notice. I would love to be able to send an overdue notice to those who haven't even started a timesheet for the prior week.

    You are correct that Intervals does not create a timesheet for someone if they did not enter time during the given week. This is done intentionally so that if someone did not do any work they do not have to submit a blank timesheet. Although a timesheet is not created we are currently working on a feature that will allow you to notify users that have not logged any time.
