we are just starting out with intervals, and already the tasks are getting cluttered. the problem is that we have to manually define what the task status is....which is not a very easy system. there needs to be automatically set status based on any actions that occur on a task, ex:
when a staff (manager/resource) comments on a task, it can be automatically set to a replied status
when a client (executive) comments on a task, it can be automatically set to a open status
