I'm having an issue with a client and I need to be able to see the detailed breakdown of the tasks that were part of an earlier invoice. I can't find a way to do this. For example the invoice has an amount for 'Development' but I need to see the time actually spent on individual tasks for this invoice line.
Surely you must be able to do this?
Running a report is probably your best bet. The project activity report by task may get the data you are looking for. Here is a screen shot of what the project activity report looks like.
