Multiple tasks assigned to one person with one click

Would love to have the ability to apply 5 tasks at once to a worker. instead of create them individually. If a job has 5 different things to do, currently you have to create the tasks one at a time. having the freedome to up the number of tasks by (for instance) tabs - task #45, task#46, task #47, task #48, task #49.

It would also be nice to have "favorites". If a worker only works in one department, and typically they do the same thing every job (and usually it takes 3 tasks e.g.) then having a favorite task list for him or her would create fast tasks in a pinch.
