On a side note… something to do on the side

John Reeve | October 13th, 2009 | ,

An email from one of our Intervals customers especially caught my attention today. I noticed in the footer of the email she had joined a project known as 10:10. What is the 10:10 project? It’s a challenge to people, businesses, educational groups, and organizations, to cut 10% of our emissions in 2010. We think it’s a great idea and an excellent way to start small and effect big change. 10% may not seem like a lot to one individual, but when you start adding it up, we can make a big difference by changing up 1/10th of our lives.

And though the project is primarily focused on effecting change in Britain, it’s still a good idea for those of us elsewhere who want to help. For those small businesses who need some ideas on how to cut emissions, download the 10:10 PDF for businesses to find out how.
