We’ve recently launched several new improvements to round out our time tracking and task management features. In this post we highlight the new ability to bulk delete task documents.
There are times when a task may become cluttered with documents that are unnecessary or no longer relevant. For example, you might be using the work request queue to create tasks, but you don’t need all of the documents that copied from the email onto the task. Instead of deleting them one by one, you can now delete several of them at once.
To use this feature, simply navigate to the task and click on its Documents tab. Then check the box to the right of each document (or the upper right box to select all). Then choose Delete from the dropdown menu.
