If you’ve been evaluating different project management offerings and comparing them to Intervals you will notice that our pricing is different. Most of those other applications feature user based pricing, meaning you’ll pay a monthly or annual fee for each user on the account. Our pricing isn’t based on the number of users (in fact, we offer unlimited users on all of our plans except Lite).
Our pricing plans are simple and straightforward, and are split into several tiers based on the number of active projects being managed. If a project is complete, it is marked inactive and does not count against the monthly total. To get started, pick the plan that has enough projects allocated to accommodate your current workload. As your company grows and takes on more work, upgrade your account to increase the project limit.
We bill each account on the monthly billing anniversary for whatever plan you happen to be on at that time. That means you can upgrade and downgrade any time that works for you without worrying about paying prorated fees. Here’s a look at our plans:
It should also be noted that the top four plans include priority support, the top two plans include one on one onboarding & training, and our Unlimited plan includes a dedicated account representative. In addition to the number of active projects being managed you can pick a plan with the desired level of support based on your needs.
Why project-focused pricing?
For many companies that provide professional services, budgets and revenues are closely tied to projects. The overall success of the company is an accumulation of successfully managed projects. We designed every feature of our software around this philosophy.
Our pricing plans are project-focused because your company is project-focused. Because, you shouldn’t have to stop in the middle of a project to manage your project management software expenses. We want Intervals to be the right fit regardless of where you’re starting out, and we want to help you grow from there. Unlimited users and active project pricing allows you to find the right plan based on how much you are using Intervals, not how many people are using Intervals.
