New Feature: Edit Multiple Time Entries at Once

John Reeve | January 21st, 2021 | , ,

After recently launching a feature that enables users to add time for an entire week at once, we decided to keep going on that theme and add the ability to edit multiple time entries at once. This new feature is great for those times you need to update time in bulk, such as changing several time entries from billable to unbillable, or moving time from one task to another.

The option to update multiple time entries at once is available on the Weekly Timesheet and Edit Time pages. To get enable it, simply click the Bulk Edit switch located at the top of the list of individual time entries. The bulk updater on the Weekly Timesheet page is ideal for basic updates, such as moving time from billable to unbillable, or changing the date. The Edit Time page has some additional bulk update options, such as moving time from one task to another, that will appear when filtering the list by project.

Read the help article on updating multiple time entries at once for more details on how to use this feature.
